Water or condensation drips from the side of the cooker or onto the countertop during use.

Safety: Unplug before removing any external trays.

• Check condensation collector: Locate the small plastic tray on the side or back of the Eldom cooker. Ensure it is installed correctly and not overflowing. Empty and clean it regularly.
• Clean channels: Use a small brush or pipe cleaner to clear any channels that direct water into the collector.
• Inspect for cracks: Replace a cracked or missing condensation tray with a compatible Eldom part.
