Possible Causes
Cooker still too hot from previous cycle, Faulty temperature sensor reading high, Blocked ventilation preventing cooling, Main PCB not resetting overheat status
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not attempt to cool the cooker rapidly with water or ice; this can damage components.
- Allow cooling: Open the lid and remove the inner pot. Let the cooker sit unplugged for at least 30–60 minutes to cool naturally.
- Ventilation check: Ensure that the bottom and side vents are not blocked and that the cooker is not placed in a confined cabinet.
- Sensor sanity check: After cooling, plug in and see if the H0 message clears. If not, the bottom NTC sensor may be stuck reading high and should be tested.
If the cooker is cool to the touch but still reports H0, replace the bottom NTC temperature sensor or main control PCB as needed.
