Possible Causes
Normal expansion of metal parts, Loose mounting screws on heating plate, Loose inner pot or accessories, Warped heating plate
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug and let the cooker cool before tightening any screws.
- Differentiate normal vs abnormal: Occasional soft clicks are normal. Repetitive loud metallic bangs indicate a problem.
- Check inner pot: Ensure the pot is properly seated and not rattling against the housing.
- Tighten mounting screws: Remove the bottom cover and gently tighten the screws holding the heating plate and internal frame. Do not overtighten.
If noise persists or is accompanied by burning smell or error codes, stop using the cooker and have the heating assembly inspected.
