E10 appears and the cooker does not respond to button presses or behaves erratically.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before removing any covers. Avoid using liquids near the control panel.

• Power reset: Unplug for 10–15 minutes to discharge internal capacitors, then reconnect and test.
• Dry the panel: If the panel was recently cleaned with liquid, leave the cooker unplugged in a dry, warm room for several hours to allow moisture to evaporate.
• Inspect for visible damage: Check the front panel for cracks or signs of water entry.
• Internal inspection (advanced): Remove the top or front cover to access the control panel. Reseat the flat ribbon cable between the keypad and main PCB. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and not corroded.
• If E10 persists, either the keypad membrane or the main control PCB is defective. Replacement of the faulty module is recommended; this is typically not user-serviceable at component level.
