Pressure Leakage / Inability to Seal
Multicooker heats but never reaches pressure; steam constantly escapes from the lid.

Possible Causes
Worn or damaged main sealing ring, Steam release valve stuck open, Debris on lid sealing surface, Deformed lid or inner pot rim
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Keep hands away from escaping steam. Turn off and unplug the cooker, allow it to depressurize fully before opening.
- Check steam release position: Ensure the valve is set to 'Seal' and not 'Vent'.
- Inspect and clean sealing ring: Remove the silicone ring, wash with warm soapy water, and inspect for cracks or flattening. Replace if not perfectly elastic.
- Clean lid and pot rim: Wipe the metal rim of the inner pot and the lid sealing surface to remove food residue.
- Check steam release valve: Remove and clean the valve. Ensure it moves freely and is not stuck by dried starch.
- If leakage continues, replace the main sealing ring and, if necessary, the steam release valve assembly.
