Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse, Faulty power cord, Failed main control board, Defective power inlet socket
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before inspecting the cord or opening the housing.
- Check outlet: Test the wall outlet with another appliance to confirm it has power. Avoid GFCI outlets that may be tripped.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, kinks, or burn marks on the power cord. If damaged, discontinue use immediately.
- Try another outlet: Plug the cooker directly into a different known-good outlet without an extension cord.
- Internal fuse (advanced): If you are qualified and the unit is out of warranty, remove the bottom cover to locate the internal fuse near the power inlet or main board. Test with a multimeter and replace with the exact same rating if blown.
If the fuse is intact and there is still no power, the main control board or power inlet assembly is likely faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
