Possible Causes
Condensation collector not installed or full, Lid tilted when opening, Excess steam due to high liquid level, Cracked condensation cup
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Be cautious of hot water and steam when handling the lid.
- Check condensation collector: Ensure the condensation collector cup is properly installed on the back or side of the cooker and is not full. Empty and reinstall.
- Open lid carefully: When releasing pressure and opening the lid, tilt it so condensation drips back into the pot, not down the side.
- Check fill level: Do not exceed the MAX fill line in the inner pot. Overfilling increases condensation.
- Inspect collector: Replace the condensation cup if it is cracked or missing.
