Inner pot coating is peeling, scratched, or food sticks badly even with adequate liquid.

Safety first: Do not ingest flakes of coating. Discontinue use of a severely damaged pot.

• Change utensils: Use only silicone, wooden, or plastic utensils to avoid further damage.
• Avoid abrasives: Clean with soft sponges and non-abrasive cleaners. Do not use steel wool or scouring powders.
• Prevent dry heating: Always ensure there is adequate liquid or food in the pot before starting high-heat modes.
• Replace pot: If the coating is significantly worn or peeling, replace the inner pot with a genuine GreenPan ceramic non-stick inner pot.
