How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the cooker and allow it to cool before cleaning.
Step 1 – Clean thoroughly:
- Soak the inner pot in warm soapy water and remove all burnt-on food.
- Clean the heating plate surface gently.
Step 2 – Adjust cooking method:
- Use more liquid for pressure and rice programs.
- Avoid using high sauté/fry settings for thick sauces; stir frequently.
Step 3 – Check sensors if burning occurs even with adequate liquid:
- Test the bottom NTC sensor and replace if readings are incorrect.
