C1 or calibration error appears; cooker may not regulate temperature correctly.
Temperature Sensor Calibration Error
E1
Multicooker beeps and displays E1 shortly after start; heating does not begin or stops immediately.
Bottom Temperature Sensor (NTC) Open or Short Circuit
E2
Display shows E2 and the cooker will not start or stops heating; often appears when trying high-temperature or pressure programs.
Lid / Upper Temperature Sensor Fault
E3
E3 appears during cooking; unit stops heating and may beep continuously.
Overtemperature / Dry-Boil Protection Triggered
E4
E4 error appears, often when using pressure or high-heat modes; cooker may not pressurize or may shut down early.
Overpressure / Pressure Sensor Fault
E5
E5 error appears and the cooker refuses to start pressure programs; sometimes accompanied by a clicking sound from the relay.
Overcurrent / Heating Circuit Protection
E6
E6 error on display; cooker may start but quickly stops, or refuses to enter certain modes.
Communication / Internal Sensor Calibration Error
E7
E7 error appears when trying to start a program; lid seems closed but cooker will not begin.
Lid Lock / Lid Position Switch Fault
E8
E8 error appears, often accompanied by failure to build pressure or premature end of cooking.
Pressure Not Reached / Leak Detected
E9
E9 error appears and the cooker stops; may be associated with very high pressure or steam escaping from safety valve.
Serious Overpressure / Safety System Triggered
Err
Display shows 'Err' or 'Error' and beeps; no specific numeric code; cooker will not start.
Generic Control System Error
H1
H1 or 'Hot' error appears; cooker refuses to start a new program immediately after finishing one.
Excessive Internal Temperature Before Start
H2
H2 error appears and cooker stops; often during sauté or fry modes.
Overheat Protection / Thermal Fuse Triggered
Lid
Display shows 'Lid' or a lid icon; cooker refuses to start or build pressure.
Lid Not Detected / Lid Sensor Open
P1
P1 error or code appears and cooker stops heating; often associated with low or no pressure.
Pressure Sensor Low Signal / No Pressure Detected
P2
P2 error appears during cooking; cooker may overheat or shut down unexpectedly.
Pressure Sensor High Signal / Overpressure Detected
U1
U1 or low-voltage error appears; cooker may reset or not heat properly.
Input Voltage Too Low / Power Supply Instability
U2
U2 or over-voltage error appears; cooker may shut down to protect electronics.
Input Voltage Too High
Symptom
Beeping continues and cooker will not start; display may show a child lock icon.
Child Lock Activated
Symptom
Burnt smell during operation; visible scorching on the bottom of the inner pot.
Food Scorching / Localized Overheating
Symptom
Buttons or touch controls respond intermittently or activate by themselves.

Symptom
Display is very dim or flickers; cooker may still function but is hard to read.
Display Backlight / Power Supply Degradation
Symptom
Excessive vibration or movement of the cooker on the countertop during operation.
Mechanical Imbalance / Footing Issue
Symptom
Inner lid or underside of the lid accumulates a lot of food residue and is difficult to clean; odors persist.
Inner Lid Seal / Anti-Splash Design Issue
Symptom
Inner pot is difficult to remove; it sticks to the heating plate after cooking.
Pot Warping / Thermal Expansion Binding
Symptom
Keep Warm function does not maintain temperature; food becomes cold or continues to cook vigorously.
Keep Warm Temperature Control Fault
Symptom
Loud hissing from the safety valve or top of the lid during cooking; cooker may not reach full pressure.
Safety Valve Venting / Overpressure Bypass
Symptom
Multicooker builds no pressure; steam constantly escapes from the lid area.
Pressure Seal Failure
Symptom
Multicooker does not power on at all; no lights or display when plugged in.
No Power / Dead Appliance
Symptom
Multicooker heats very slowly or never reaches the set temperature; food remains undercooked.
Weak Heating / Partial Heating Element Failure
Symptom
Multicooker overheats; food burns on the bottom even on low settings.
Temperature Regulation Failure
Symptom
