How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the unit before opening. Avoid touching exposed live parts.

Step 1 – Soft reset:

Unplug the multicooker for 10–15 minutes.
Plug back in and try to enter standby, then select a basic program.

Step 2 – Check control panel:

Inspect the front touch panel for cracks or liquid ingress.
If the panel is wet, unplug the unit and allow it to dry completely for 24 hours.

Step 3 – Internal inspection:

Remove the outer housing to access the display/control PCB.
Check the ribbon cable between the display and main board; unplug and re-seat.
Look for burnt components or bulging capacitors on the power supply section of the main PCB.

Step 4 – Repair:

If the touch panel is unresponsive or randomly triggers, replace the control panel / keypad assembly.
If the error persists with a known-good panel, replace the main control PCB.
