Possible Causes

Shorted NTC temperature sensor, Sensor detached from heating plate, Stuck triac or relay on main PCB, Firmware calibration error

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the cooker and let it cool. Do not continue using it in this condition due to fire risk.

Step 1 – Check sensor mounting:

  • Remove the bottom cover and locate the bottom NTC sensor.
  • Ensure it is firmly attached to the heating plate or in its bracket; reattach if loose.

Step 2 – Sensor test:

  • Measure resistance at room temperature; a very low resistance (near 0 Ω) suggests a shorted sensor.
  • Replace the sensor if defective.

Step 3 – Control board:

  • If the sensor is OK but overheating persists, the triac/relay on the main PCB may be stuck on.
  • Replace the main control PCB; component-level repair is not recommended for non-professionals.
