How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug immediately if water is leaking near electrical parts. Do not use until the source is identified and fixed.

- Inspect the inside of the cooker for pooled water.
Step 2 – Dry and inspect internals:
- Remove the bottom cover and carefully dry all components.
- Look for signs of water trails from the top area or steam channels.
Step 3 – Repair:
- Replace a cracked inner pot immediately.
- If internal plastic trays or steam channels are cracked, replace the affected internal water tray / steam channel assembly.
