How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and allow the cooker to cool before removing the lid.
- Verify gasket installation: Remove the silicone sealing ring from the lid, inspect for damage, then reinstall it firmly and evenly in the lid groove.
- Check lid lock: Close and lock the lid until you hear or feel it click into place.
- Inspect for debris: Wipe the lid rim and pot rim to remove any food residue that could prevent sealing.
- Test with water: Run a water-only pressure test to confirm that the SEAL message clears and pressure builds.
If the cooker still cannot seal with a new gasket and clean surfaces, there may be a warped lid or internal leak path requiring professional repair.
