Our Place Keep Warm Temperature Regulation Error

Keep Warm mode runs but food temperature is either too low (lukewarm) or too high (continues cooking).

Possible Causes

Faulty temperature sensor, Control board calibration drift, Inner pot not making good contact, Excessive stirring or lid opening

Safety first: Use a food thermometer to verify safe holding temperatures (above 140°F / 60°C for hot foods).

Minimize lid opening: Frequent opening allows heat to escape and can cause the unit to overcompensate.
Check pot seating: Ensure the inner pot is fully seated and not warped.
Monitor with thermometer: Measure the actual food temperature during Keep Warm to determine if it is consistently off.

If Keep Warm temperatures are consistently unsafe or excessively high, the sensor or control board may require service.
