Liquid appears to leak from the bottom of the multicooker, not just from the condensation cup.

Safety first: Unplug the cooker immediately. Do not operate with internal leaks, as liquid can contact live electrical parts.

• Inspect inner pot: Remove and fill the pot with water outside the cooker. Check for drips or seepage indicating cracks or pinholes. Replace if leaking.
• Check lid and valves: Inspect the underside of the lid for signs of leakage around the valve bases or inner lid plate. Tighten screws gently if loose.
• Dry interior (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and carefully dry any moisture inside with a cloth. Identify the leak path if possible.
• Service if unresolved: If the leak source is not obvious or involves internal seals, have the cooker inspected by a service center before further use.
