E1
Multicooker will not start cooking; display shows E1 shortly after pressing Start.
Lid Temperature Sensor Circuit Fault
E2
Multicooker beeps and shows E2; cooking does not start or stops shortly after heating begins.
Bottom Temperature Sensor (NTC) Fault
E3
Display shows E3 and the cooker stops heating or refuses to start high-temperature programs.
Overtemperature Protection Triggered (Overheat on Heating Plate)
E4
E4 appears on the display, often when using pressure or high-temperature frying modes.
Overpressure or Pressure Sensor Fault
E5
E5 error appears and the cooker stops heating or will not enter pressure mode.
Pressure Not Reached / Pressure Leakage
E6
E6 is displayed and the cooker does not heat or immediately cancels the program.
Heating Element Circuit Fault

E7 appears intermittently, often when the cooker is moved or the inner pot is jostled.
Inner Pot Presence / Weight Sensor Fault

E8 error appears and the cooker may shut down unexpectedly during operation.

Display shows 'H2O' or a water droplet icon and cooking is interrupted or will not start.
Low Water / Dry Pot Protection
Lid
Display shows 'Lid' or a lid icon; cooker will not start pressure or high-heat programs.
Lid Lock / Lid Position Switch Fault

P1 error appears when trying to start a pressure program; cooker does not build pressure.
Pressure Sensor Calibration Error

P2 error appears during pressure cooking; cooker may release steam and stop the program.
Excessive Pressure Detected
U01
U01 or similar user code appears and the cooker refuses to start until cleared.
User Lock / Child Lock Activated

U02 or similar code appears when trying to start a program with the lid open.
Open Lid Safety Interlock

Buttons or touch keys on the control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.
Keypad / Touch Sensor Failure

Display is dim, flickering, or some segments/LEDs do not light.
