How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the cooker is unplugged and cool before cleaning.
- Deep clean lid: Remove the sealing ring, inner lid plate (if removable), and anti-block shield. Wash all parts with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Clean condensation collector: Remove and wash the condensation cup or tray. Check for mold or residue.
- Deodorize pot: Fill the inner pot with water and a few tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar. Run a short boiling program with the lid closed, then rinse well.
- Air out: Store the cooker with the lid slightly open and the sealing ring removed to allow ventilation.
