Water or condensation accumulates under the multicooker or on the countertop during use.

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before lifting or tilting it to check for leaks.

• Check condensation collector: Locate the small plastic condensation cup or tray on the side or back of the cooker. Ensure it is installed correctly and not full. Empty and reinstall.
• Inspect for cracks: Remove the collector and inspect for cracks or damage. Replace if leaking.
• Avoid overfilling: Do not exceed the maximum fill line in the inner pot. Boil-overs can run down into the collector area.
• Clean lid gasket: Wipe the gasket and lid area to ensure condensation drips into the designed channels.
