Possible Causes

Loose inner pot on heating plate, Warped inner pot bottom, Loose screws on heating plate or weight sensor, Fan or relay noise on PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the cooker and allow it to cool before inspecting internal parts.

  • Check pot fit: Ensure the inner pot is seated flat and not rocking. Replace the pot if the bottom is warped.
  • Remove foreign objects: Inspect the area between the pot and lid for utensils or measuring cups that may vibrate.
  • Inspect base (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and check for loose screws on the heating plate, springs, or weight sensor. Tighten as needed.
  • Normal relay clicks: Occasional soft clicks from relays on the PCB are normal. Loud grinding or scraping is not and should be investigated.
