Multicooker does not power on at all; no lights or display when plugged in.

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening. Work only if you are comfortable with mains-voltage appliances.

• Check outlet and cord: Test the wall outlet with another device. Inspect the Polaris power cord for cuts or burns. Replace the cord if damaged.
• Inspect internal fuse: Remove the bottom cover and locate the glass or ceramic fuse on the main board. Test for continuity with a multimeter. Replace only with the same rating if blown.
• Check mains connector: Ensure the mains wires are firmly attached to the board and not loose or burnt.
• Board failure: If the fuse is intact and power still does not reach the low-voltage section, the main control board is likely defective and should be replaced.
