E1
Multicooker will not start a program; display shows E1 shortly after power-on or when pressing Start.
Bottom Temperature Sensor (NTC) Open Circuit
E10
E10 appears and the cooker does not heat; sometimes accompanied by a faint click but no temperature rise.
