• 1. Inspect pot: Place the inner pot on a flat surface to check for rocking or gaps. Replace a warped inner pot.
• 2. Check for obstructions: Look inside the cooker for debris or bent metal around the heating plate.
• 3. Tighten plate screws: From the underside, tighten the heating plate mounting screws and gently realign the plate if it is tilted.
