Multicooker does not power on at all; no lights or display when plugged in.

• 1. Check outlet and cord: Test the outlet with another appliance. Inspect the PowerXL cord for cuts or damage. Replace the power cord if damaged.
• 2. Inspect internal fuse: Remove the bottom cover and locate the small glass or ceramic fuse on the control board or near the power entry. Test it with a multimeter; replace with the same rating if blown.
• 3. Check thermal fuse: Some models include a thermal fuse in the power path. Test for continuity and replace if open.
• 4. Look for board damage: Inspect the control board for burned components or cracked solder joints. If present, replace the main control board.
• 5. Reassemble and test: After replacing any fuses or the board, reassemble and test. If the new fuse blows immediately, there is likely a short that requires professional diagnosis.
