How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and cool the unit before inspection.
- 1. Check pot contact: Ensure the inner pot bottom is flat and clean. Replace a warped pot.
- 2. Clean heating plate: Remove any residue from the plate to improve thermal transfer.
- 3. Sensor test: Test the bottom temperature sensor as described under E1/E2. Replace if readings are unstable.
- 4. Control board replacement: If the sensor and pot are good but temperature control is erratic, replace the main control board.
