How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before cleaning.
- 1. Deep clean lid: Remove the lid gasket, anti-block shield, steam release valve, and float valve. Wash all removable parts in hot soapy water, rinse, and dry.
- 2. Deodorize gasket: Soak the silicone gasket in a solution of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water for 30–60 minutes, then rinse.
- 3. Clean condensation cup: Remove and wash the condensation collector and its channel.
- 4. Replace gasket if needed: If odors persist, replace the lid gasket and consider keeping separate gaskets for savory and sweet dishes.
