Possible Causes
Temperature sensor reading already at or above target, Firmware glitch, Stuck relay not energizing heater, Incorrect mode selection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and cool the unit if it has been recently used.
- 1. Allow full cool-down: Let the cooker cool to room temperature, then retry the program with water.
- 2. Reset unit: Perform a power reset by unplugging for 10–15 minutes.
- 3. Sensor test: Check the bottom temperature sensor for correct resistance at room temperature. Replace if it reads abnormally low (indicating falsely high temperature).
- 4. Control board check: If the sensor is good, replace the main control board.
