- 1. Check condensation collector: Locate the plastic condensation cup on the back or side of the unit. Ensure it is installed and seated correctly.
- 2. Empty and clean: Remove, empty, and wash the collector. Clean the channel leading from the lid to the cup.
- 3. Inspect for cracks: Replace the condensation collector cup if it is cracked or leaking.
- 4. Wipe lid and rim: After cooking, open the lid carefully and tilt it to direct condensation back into the pot, then wipe the rim to reduce external drips.
