How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Keep children away from the cooker during operation. Do not touch metal surfaces.

Check placement: Ensure at least several centimetres of clearance around the cooker for airflow.
Program choice: Very hot exterior can be normal on long Sauté or high-pressure cycles, but should not be extreme.
Monitor temperature: If plastic parts soften or discolour, stop using the cooker.
