Cannot Reach Pressure / Pressure Loss
Multicooker heats but never reaches or holds pressure; steam constantly escapes from the lid.

Possible Causes
Damaged or stretched silicone sealing ring, Debris on lid sealing surface, Steam release valve not fully closed, Worn float valve or float valve silicone cap
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use caution around hot steam. Allow the cooker to cool before disassembling lid components.
- Check steam release valve: Ensure it is set to SEAL and not VENT. Remove and clean it if it feels loose or sticky.
- Inspect sealing ring: Remove the silicone sealing ring from the inner lid. Look for cracks, hardening, or deformation. Replace if more than 12–18 months old or visibly damaged.
- Clean lid surfaces: Wipe the stainless steel lid surface and the top rim of the inner pot to remove food residue that can prevent sealing.
- Check float valve: Ensure the float valve moves freely and the small silicone cap is intact and flexible. Replace the cap if it is cracked or hardened.
- Test with water only: Run a short pressure cycle with water to confirm the fix.
