Possible Causes
Cracked inner pot, Overfilled inner pot causing boil-over into base, Blocked condensation collector, Damaged inner pot coating leading to pinhole leaks
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker immediately if liquid is leaking near the power cord or base.
- Remove and inspect pot: Take out the inner pot and fill it with water over a sink to check for leaks or cracks.
- Check condensation collector: Remove and empty the condensation collector at the back or side of the unit. Clean any blocked channels.
- Dry the base: Carefully dry the heating plate and interior with a soft cloth. Allow the unit to air dry completely before reuse.
- Respect fill lines: Do not fill above the MAX line, especially for starchy foods.
- When to replace: Replace a cracked inner pot immediately; do not attempt to repair it.
