• 3. Inspect lock parts: Remove the inner lid cover to access the lock mechanism. Check for broken plastic levers or springs. Replace the lid lock assembly if parts are cracked.
• 4. Electrical check (advanced): With the bottom cover removed, locate the lid lock solenoid or motor wires. Ensure the connector is firmly attached to the PCB. Check for visible damage or burnt smell.
