How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect from mains before extended troubleshooting.
- 1. Test with water: Fill the bowl with 1 liter of water and set a high temperature (e.g., 100°C). If the water does not warm after several minutes, heating is not functioning.
- 2. Try another bowl (if available): If you have a second compatible bowl, test it. If heating works, the original bowl's heating element or sensor is faulty.
- 3. Check for error codes: Note any temperature-related codes (e.g., C150/C151) and provide them to service.
- 4. Do not open base: The heating circuit is at mains voltage. Internal checks must be done by a technician.
