Burning smell during operation, with or without visible smoke

Safety first: Immediately switch off and unplug the appliance. If you see smoke, move it to a safe, non-flammable area if possible.

• 1. Identify source: After cooling, inspect the bowl for burnt food stuck to the bottom. Clean thoroughly if present.
• 2. Check ventilation: Ensure vents are not blocked and the appliance has adequate space around it.
• 3. Avoid overload: Do not run very thick doughs or mixtures at high speed for long periods.
• 4. Do not reuse if smell persists: If the burning smell comes from the base or returns quickly, internal components such as the motor or power board may be damaged. Do not continue using; arrange service.
