Possible Causes
Unstable mains voltage, Loose neutral or live connection at terminal block, Faulty power filter board, Defective power supply section on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the isolator and verify no voltage is present before opening the rear cover.
- Inspect terminal block: Check that all screws are tight and that there is no sign of overheating. Tighten as needed and replace the block if damaged.
- Check supply cable: Ensure the cable is correctly sized and undamaged. Replace if there are any cuts or burns.
- Power filter board: Some Candy ovens use a separate EMI/power filter. Inspect it for burnt components or loose connectors. Replace if faulty.
- Electrical supply: If possible, have an electrician verify that the supply voltage is within specification and that there are no frequent drops.
