Safety first: Isolate the oven from mains and verify no voltage is present before removing covers.

Check basic functions: Confirm that the oven light and fan operate. If they do, the issue is likely in the heating circuit.
Inspect safety thermostat: Access the top of the oven and locate the safety thermostat. Press the reset button if present. Test continuity; replace if open.
Verify wiring: Check the mains terminal block and internal wiring to ensure the common live feed to the elements is intact and correctly connected.
Test elements individually: Measure resistance of each heating element (grill, fan, lower). If all are intact, suspect the control board or selector switch.
Control board/selector: Inspect for burnt contacts or tracks. Replacement is usually required if faulty.
