Inspect convection fan: Remove the interior fan cover and check that the fan blade is intact and free of debris. Spin it by hand; it should move freely.
Check fan operation: Start a convection cycle and listen for the fan. If it does not run, test the motor for continuity and replace if faulty.
Inspect elements: Look for warped or partially burned-out sections of the bake element that could cause uneven heat. Replace if damaged.
