Fan runs but no heat in fan‑assisted mode, other modes may heat normally

Safety first: Disconnect mains power and allow the oven to cool before accessing the rear panel.

• Access ring element: Remove the rear cover inside the oven cavity to expose the circular heating element around the fan.
• Visual and resistance check: Inspect the element for cracks or burn marks. Disconnect the terminals and measure resistance; an open circuit indicates a failed element.
• Check wiring: Inspect the wires and connectors to the ring element for heat damage. Replace any burned connectors with high‑temperature types.
• PCB relay: If the element is good but never receives power, the convection element relay on the main PCB may be faulty. Replace the main PCB if necessary.
