Oven door will not open after cooking (non‑pyrolytic model), no error code

Safety first: Turn off power and allow the oven to cool. Do not force the door open with excessive pressure.

• Gentle manipulation: While pulling gently on the handle, press inward on the door at the latch area to relieve pressure and see if it releases.
• Access from top: If still stuck, remove the oven from the cabinet and take off the top cover. Use a suitable tool to manually move the latch mechanism to release the door.
• Inspect latch and strike: Once open, inspect the latch hook and the cavity strike plate for deformation or wear. Replace the latch assembly if damaged.
• Check door seal: Replace a swollen or deformed gasket that may be causing excessive pressure on the latch.
