How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Disconnect power at the breaker before removing the control panel.

- Dry and clean: If there was a spill, allow the panel to dry completely. Clean the surface gently.
- Ribbon test: Disconnect the keypad ribbon from the EOC and restore power briefly. If F11 disappears, replace the keypad/control panel assembly. If F11 remains, replace the EOC.
