• 1. Confirm symptom: Use an oven thermometer to compare actual temperature to the set temperature. If the oven overshoots by more than 40–50°C, suspect the sensor or control.
• 2. Locate the sensor: On most Fulgor Milano ovens, the temperature sensor is a thin metal rod protruding from the rear wall inside the cavity, usually upper left or upper center.
• 3. Inspect and test sensor: Remove the mounting screw and gently pull the sensor forward. Disconnect the plug.
