Possible Causes
Defective meat probe, Dirty or damaged probe jack, Broken probe wiring harness, Faulty probe input on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing internal wiring. The probe tip can be sharp; handle carefully.
- 1. Inspect probe: Check the metal probe for kinks, cuts in the cable, or corrosion on the plug. Replace the probe if damaged.
- 2. Clean probe jack: Use a dry cotton swab to clean the probe jack inside the oven cavity. Ensure no food residue is blocking the contacts.
- 3. Test with known‑good probe: If available, try a replacement Fulgor Milano‑compatible probe. If the error clears, the original probe is faulty.
- 4. Check wiring to control: Access the rear of the probe jack and follow the harness to the control board. Inspect for pinched or broken wires and reseat the connector at the board.
- 5. Control board input: If wiring and probe are good but the error persists, the probe input circuit on the control board may be defective and the board will need replacement.
