Safety first: Ensure the oven is cool before working on the door. Remove the door completely only as described in the manual.

• 1. Inspect hinges: Open the door fully and check for sagging or uneven gaps. Many Fulgor Milano doors can be lifted off the hinge arms for inspection.
• 2. Tighten hinge screws: With the door removed, tighten the hinge mounting screws on the oven frame. Replace any stripped screws.
• 3. Replace hinges if worn: If the hinge arms do not hold the door firmly or the springs are weak, replace both hinges as a set to maintain alignment.
• 4. Check and replace gasket: Inspect the door gasket for flat spots or tears. Replace if it does not spring back when pressed.
