Possible Causes
Internal failure of clock module, Power supply instability on control board, Faulty backup capacitor or battery, Loose low-voltage connector
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before accessing the control panel.
- Power reset: Disconnect power for 5–10 minutes, then restore. Set the clock and test. Sometimes a software glitch clears with a reset.
- Inspect low-voltage section: Remove the control panel and inspect the low-voltage area of the control board (small transformer or switching supply). Look for bulging capacitors or burned components.
- Check connectors: Ensure all small connectors from the power supply section to the display/clock module are firmly seated.
- Replace control/clock module: If F11 persists and there is no visible wiring issue, the clock/timer circuitry on the control board is likely defective. Replace the control board or clock module as supplied by Gorenje.
