• Verify supply voltage: Confirm that the oven is connected to the correct mains voltage and phase configuration as specified on the rating plate (e.g., 230 V single-phase). Incorrect wiring can trigger F9.
• Inspect terminal block: Remove the rear cover to access the mains terminal block. Check for loose screws, burned insulation, or melted plastic. Tighten connections and replace any damaged parts.
• Check power filter / interference suppressor: Inspect the EMI filter module for burn marks or bulging components. Replace if damaged.
• Control board inspection: Look for obvious shorts or burned tracks on the control board. If found, the board must be replaced.
• Restore power and test: After correcting wiring and replacing any damaged components, restore power and test. If F9 persists, a deeper control board fault is likely and professional service is recommended.
