Oven interior light does not turn on when the door is opened or when the light button is pressed.

Safety first: Disconnect power before replacing the bulb or accessing the lamp holder.

• Replace bulb: Remove the glass cover and replace the bulb with a correct high-temperature oven lamp.
• Test lamp holder: If a new bulb does not work, test for voltage at the lamp holder when the light should be on (only if you are qualified to work on live circuits). If no voltage, proceed.
• Check door switch: Some models use a door switch to control the light. Locate the switch near the door frame, test for continuity when pressed, and replace if faulty.
• Inspect wiring: Check the wiring from the control board to the lamp holder and door switch for breaks or loose connectors.
