Steam-assisted or moisture functions are weak; food dries out instead of being steamed.

Safety first: Turn off power and allow the oven to cool before working on the steam system.

• Check water tank: Ensure it is filled and correctly seated. Clean contacts and seals.
• Descale system: Run a descaling program if available, using an approved descaler. Repeat if limescale buildup is heavy.
• Clean steam outlets: Gently clean the steam outlet holes inside the cavity with a soft brush and descaling solution.
• Inspect steam generator: If performance remains poor, the steam generator or control valve may be partially blocked and should be inspected and cleaned or replaced by a technician.
