Possible Causes
Blown oven lamp, Faulty lamp holder, Damaged lamp wiring, Failed lamp relay or triac on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and allow the lamp area to cool. Glass may be fragile.
- Replace lamp: Remove the glass lamp cover inside the cavity (usually twists off). Replace the bulb with a Hisense-compatible high-temperature oven lamp of the same wattage and base type.
- Inspect lamp holder: Check for signs of burning or looseness at the lamp holder. Replace the holder if contacts are damaged.
- Check wiring: From the rear, inspect the lamp wiring harness for heat damage or loose connectors.
- Control board: If a new lamp does not work and wiring is intact, the lamp control relay/triac on the main board may be faulty and require board replacement.
