Possible Causes
Drifted temperature sensor, Poor sensor contact with cavity, Faulty main control board temperature regulation circuit, Incorrect calibration settings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before accessing internal components.
- Verify with thermometer: Place an oven-safe thermometer in the center of the cavity and compare actual temperature to the set temperature.
- Check sensor mounting: Ensure the sensor probe is firmly attached to the rear wall and not bent away from the cavity.
- Replace sensor if needed: If readings are inconsistent and the sensor resistance is out of spec, replace the sensor.
- Calibrate: Use the oven’s settings menu to adjust temperature calibration (if available) to correct minor offsets.
- Control board: If large fluctuations persist, the control board’s regulation circuit may be faulty and require replacement.
