Possible Causes

Blown internal line fuse, Failed main power relay on control board, Loose connection at mains terminal block, Open thermal cut-out in series with elements

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker and verify with a tester that the oven is de-energized.

  • Check terminal block: Inspect the mains terminal block for loose or burnt connections. Tighten and repair as needed.
  • Inspect internal fuse: Many Hisense ovens have an internal line fuse on or near the control board. Test it with a multimeter and replace with the exact same rating if blown. Investigate why it blew (shorted element, wiring, etc.).
  • Thermal cut-out: Test any series thermal cut-outs for continuity. Replace if open.
  • Control board relay: If fuses and cut-outs are good, the main heater relay on the control board may have failed. Replacement of the board is usually required.
